Sunday.

Morning mosque. Ustaz pointed me out the WHOLE crowd. To tell me to bring my acoustic guitar next week.

I think next year Maulid Rasul confirm i inside doing some solo.. :D

Okay skip3.

Night time. Left home 9pm.
Ran for like 45 minutes. Which is kinda hard just to train for MMA which is like 7 months away.
MMA is Mixed Martial Art.
Its not some lame tae kwon do or some silat combined crap.

Its a combination of Muay Thai,Boxing and also streetfight.
Whats more interesting is that i'll also learn to manipulate joints.
To you if its boring?
TOO BAD AH!
Its interesting to me.

2008, June - Dec, StreetFighting at the Clarke Quay gym.

So i gotta train nowww!

Running enhances stamina and endurance. WHICH I NEED.
Weight trainings on other days.
1 rest day.

And i think i gotta start shadow boxing again..

Oh well, i dont wanna get whacked when i go into the ring like last time -.-"..
I dont recommend Streetfight to anyone. All the people there are out for your blood.. Unless you can tahan them and get their blood when you train somemore..
Then you be friends with them!

Okay. 40 mins run yesterday. 45 mins today. 50 mins on Wed.

I'm gonna train like im going for war baby!

AND I FORGOT I GOT PRELIMS ONE THE FOLLOWING WEEK!
